Returns and Exchanges
(1) Returns and Exchanges Due to Customer Preferences
Please note that we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences.
However, if the product is damaged upon arrival or if you receive the wrong item, we will replace it with the correct one. For details, please refer to the section below titled “Defective Products.”
Please note that if you return a product without our prior consent, we may refuse to accept the returned item.
(2) Handling of Defective Products
If the product you received is different from what you ordered, or is clearly defective, we will exchange it at no additional cost. Return shipping fees will be covered by our company.
Please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product.
If the correct item is out of stock and cannot be exchanged, we will process a refund. In such cases, the refund will be issued via bank transfer approximately one week after we confirm receipt of the returned item. The bank transfer fee will be covered by our company.
Refund Amount = Total Paid Amount (incl. tax) + Return Shipping Fee (incl. tax)

Please return the item in the original condition, including labels and packaging if possible.

For exchanges, please return the item within two weeks from the date of your request to the address provided.
Returns made after this period may not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

To prevent delivery issues, please use a courier or postal package service when returning items. (Do not use standard mail.)

Be sure to keep the receipt issued by the post office or delivery service as proof of return.
